Project Server 2010: How to End Delegated Session

There are 2 types of working session in Enterprise Project Server 2010, normal session and delegated session. In a normal session, one will work under his own privileges and perform his tasks. In a delegated session, one will work on behalf of other users and perform other user’s tasks. During delegated session, a notification bar will appear in the notification area on every pages – indicates who he is acting as.

The working session mode is sticky, meaning that the switch between normal and delegated session is only happened when the user decides to do so.

In order to end delegated session, you can follow these steps:

1. Click the link “Click here to manage your delegation”  in the notification toolbar that indicates delegated session.

   

2. Click Stop Delegate Session.
