A new cumulative update has been released, on 26 June 2012. It contains the latest hotfixes for the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation, Microsoft Office 2010 servers and Microsoft Project Server 2010.
Make sure that you test the new hotfixes in qualification environment, and to remind you that in previous April 2012 CU there was small regression in the initial build. The team then fix the bit in the second release of April 2012 CU.

SharePoint Server 2010 April 2012 CU was released on April 24, 2012. Previously, you can request to MS Support to download the package.
In the latest announcement on the package KB sites, they are no longer available for download due a technical problem. I am not sure what kind of technical problem on the previous package. I wish a refresh package will be available soon, since I am already download and apply April 2012 CU to my development VM.

A new cumulative update has been released, but at this time this is not a public CU. It means that you have to contact support to be able to download April 2012 CU.

Cumulative Update February 2012 has been released a week ago. As per Stefan Gobner blog, you must have SharePoint 2010 SP1 installed before you can apply February 2010 CU.
At this time, the installation is more simple since the team have provided a full server package:
Users with SharePoint Foundation 2010 only, please download SharePoint Foundation 2010 February 2012 CU. Users with SharePoint Server 2010, please download SharePoint Server 2010 February 2012 CU.
English Microsoft just released cumulative update package for December 2010. The CU will contains hotfix package for Office 2010 Client and Servers. See full release from Microsoft in this KB :KB2479673.
